under Philippine laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
on October 18, 2006, with principal office at JRE Building, Rizal Street, Daraga, Albay.
It is doing buisiness under Department of Trade and Industry trade name E-Overland Express.
Nature of Business:
The company is primarily engaged in the business of Domestic and International courier
and logistic services including warehousing and inventory management and brokerage, either
by sea, land, or air. Likewise it is also engaged in out-sourcing services with other entities
other locally or internationally.
